Vaccine Online Libary

Due to the incredible amount of information on the internet, it is often next to impossible to separate the good from the bad, the accurate from the inaccurate. On this page, we will continue to post links to validated medical studies, well-written news articles, etc. that will address many of the concerns that are raised in the popular press and on the internet.

The most authoritative and comprehensive source for further vaccine information on the internet can be found at the Centers for Disease Control's National Immunization Program. This site includes complete discussions on vaccine safety, mercury preservative (thimerosal), autism, etc. I think that you'll find the answers to nearly all your questions on this web site.

We also recommend reviewing the following sources of authoritative information:
  • Institute of Medicine: Vaccine Safety Reports 2001-2004
If you have any unanswered questions, be sure to ask! Or if you'd like, you can drop a question here ahead of time.

Due to a new federal privacy law, before we can exchange email with you, you will need to download an "Agreement on the Use of Email," sign it and return it to our  office. If you would like to use a more secure, HIPAA-compliant email method that does not require this agreement, please click here.

Click here to read a letter from Dr. Mirkin to concerned parents regarding vaccinations, their risks and benefits.
